NAP4DIVE Consortium Meeting: Six Months of Innovation and Progress

At the six-month milestone, the NAP4DIVE consortium is advancing toward its mission to replace animal models with cutting-edge, human-relevant technologies.

Following the AI in Healthcare and Life Sciences event co-hosted with AMIRES, partners met in Prague (June 11–12) to review progress and plan next steps.

Highlights:

  • Technical Development: Finalizing specifications for core components, including nanoparticles, BBB-on-chip models, ethical framework, and HTA structure.
  • Outreach: Project website and materials launched to boost stakeholder engagement.
  • Stakeholder Input: Initial end-users identified; tailored questionnaire deployed.
  • Expert Guidance: External Advisory Board provided key feedback and the first draft of the NAP4DIVE Mindmap.
  • Data Management: Initial Data Management Plan completed to ensure responsible data handling according to EU rules.

As human-relevant research tools evolve, NAP4DIVE consortium continue to lead in ethical, effective biomedical innovation. The consortium looks ahead to its next meeting in Gothenburg.
