Job overview
To strengthen our team, AMIRES is opening a position for a Project Manager for European R&D&I projects in Quantum Technologies.
The selected candidate will manage the administrative and organizational aspects of Horizon Europe projects in the quantum technologies domain and will actively contribute to the preparation of new project proposals.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, well‑organized, and eager to work in a dynamic, international innovation ecosystem.
Main activities and responsibilities
In project administration and management:
- overall responsibility for the complete management of the project in close cooperation with the technical project coordinator;
- daily communication with international project partners;
- project progress monitoring;
- preparation and processing of technical and financial reports;
- maintenance and update of project web page;
- organisation of teleconferences / project meetings / workshops / conferences;
- community management.
In project proposals preparation:
- monitoring of suitable European R&D&I funding schemes;
- proposals structuring, commenting;
- collection of information from partners, processing of written inputs and background documents;
- business analytical activities;
- responsibility for the complete preparation and writing of respective parts of the proposals.
Experience and skills
- Master or doctoral degree (technical field is an advantage);
- experience with project administration, management or projects proposal writing (EU projects or HE projects are an advantage);
- fluent in English (both verbally and in written), French or German is an advantage;
- very good computer literacy and skills, professional user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- strong communication (both oral and written in formal and informal situations), presentation and organisational skills;
- target oriented;
- responsibility, flexibility, ability to work both in team and independently;
- ability to work in multinational environment;
- willingness to travel;
- knowledge of European R&D&I landscape is an advantage (HE etc.).

As our Junior Marketing Specialist, you will become the voice and storyteller of breakthrough European innovation projects, helping make advanced technologies accessible, visible, and exciting.

What You Will Do
Strategy & Planning
- Understanding our innovation projects, their value propositions, audiences, and expected impacts.
- Contributing to the preparation of dissemination and communication strategies and project‑specific activity plans.
- Supporting promotional strategy development for Quantum programme.
Content creation & Copywriting
- Producing engaging written and visual content for websites, social media, newsletters, press releases, partner channels and project communication material.
- Preparing shareable content tailored to specific networks, reflecting project results.
- Creating visuals and simple graphics (e.g., infographics, event banners) using Canva or Adobe tools.
Digital marketing & Social media
- Building and managing social media presence for relevant projects (LinkedIn, Instagram and potentially additional channels).
- Running regular social media posts and campaigns.
- Coordinating with project partners to share aligned messaging and maximise outreach.
- Keeping project websites updated with news, events, and results.
Dissemination activities & Partner coordination
- Collecting news, updates and inputs from project partners for dissemination materials and communication channels.
- Supporting the organisation and promotion of project‑related events such as workshops, webinars and conference participation.
- Preparing summaries, promotional texts, visuals and event follow‑up content.
Analytics, Monitoring & Reporting
- Tracking key metrics (reach, engagement, traffic, performance of posts and campaigns) across channels.
- Preparing evidence and analytics for internal monitoring or project reports and deliverables.
- Ensuring consistent and accurate documentation of dissemination activities.
Digital productivity & Automation
- Using Microsoft 365 Copilot to streamline content drafting, research, summaries, and routine marketing tasks.
- Supporting simple workflow automations (e.g., recurring tasks, approvals, publishing workflows) using Power Automate with Microsoft 365 tools.
- Identifying opportunities to improve communication workflows, reporting efficiency, and internal processes through smart automation.
Experience and skills
- university degree
- 1 year of experience on similar position preferably in technologies / innovation
- fluent in English (both verbally and in written)
- strong communication (both oral and written in formal and informal situations) and organizational skills
- analytical and creative mindset
- responsibility, flexibility, proactivity, diligence, ability to work independently but still a team player
- very good computer literacy and technical skills, professional user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), WordPress, Adobe Creative suite, Canva
- familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot or Copilot Studio (even as a beginner), with motivation to develop these skills further
- basic awareness of automation concepts, e.g., what workflows are and how Power Automate can simplify routine tasks, hands‑on curiosity about Power Automate / Copilot (no coding required, just an understanding of their purpose, benefits, and relevance to modern marketing work) is an advantage
- ability to work in multinational environment
- willingness to travel
