MedPhab to be presented at the leading medical technology trade fair COMPAMED-MEDICA

From 14 to 17 November, the medical photonics project in AMIRES portfolio – MedPhab – will be presented at COMPAMED-MEDICA in Düsseldorf, Germany. The two leading international trade fairs for medical technology are held in parallel, with COMPAMED targeted at suppliers and MEDICA focused on medicine. AMIRES Health and Biotechnology team will be at the event as part of the consortium of MedPhab – Europe’s first Pilot Line dedicated to manufacturing, testing, validation, and upscaling of new photonics technologies for medical diagnostics. Through the implementation of its Use Case Validation program and Demo Case Open Calls, the project enables accelerated product launch with reduced R&D costs. In addition, a digital platform for photonics-based medical devices has been developed within MedPhab.

The open calls for demo cases are running until April 2023 and all European companies are welcome to apply. ABIMI is managing the helpdesk at helpdesk@medphab.eu.
